Hi, I’m Vincent. I decided to put this blog together because I know there are many people out there who share my passion for coaching. I’m going to be putting my experiences, thoughts, and concerns relating to all aspects of coaching on here on a daily basis and I’d be delighted for you to join in with comments etc.
A forthcoming posting will contain an experience I had a long time ago now; it’s one that I feel demonstrates the value of coaching really well and also shows that my main interest is in the practical application of coaching rather than the theoretical (I’m not saying that I do not like, respect, nor use theory).
I will make good use of scenarios, case studies, etc which will be drawn from my experience and from others’ and when these appear, names, job titles etc will be changed to protect confidentiality.
