I think it is a very nice video. Quick and easy. There are a couple things to keep in mind when watching a video like this. Usually a video is there to teach and to show how everything would work in an ideal world. And sometimes people would remember a picture first and then the sound or the feeling. So their eyes may move a couple places before settling.
Anyway, I like what you have created here. Very informative and helpful.
I have put together a teleseminar series I think you and your readers would be interested in. We have brought together some of the greats in NLP and marketing and grill them on building a successful practice and other things.

I totally agree with you about the ‘rigidity’ of the subject used for training. There is of course more to it than is portrayed, particularly when we add the fact that we have lead systems and preferred systems. So for example when I hear the sound of seagulls it triggers a picture of the coastline – usually one specific spot (Llangranog in Wales) – sometimes a nondescript area of coast my mind has constructed. I would imagine that my eyes go up and to the right (as you’d look at them in the first example, up and to the left for the constructed one.

i’ve tested myself on it. i’m lefthanded so my Constructed-Recalled are flipped LOL. My left is constructed; my right is recall.
