Executive coaching is a highly effective and efficient method of supporting leaders at the highest levels in an organisation.
It can feel lonely at the top and some senior executives feel it is seen as a sign of weakness to ask for help.
The Morpheus approach to executive coaching is to encourage leaders to focus on the current and emerging challenges and to take time to review, reflect and plan. A coach can be an invaluable source of feedback and challenge.

Vincent Cornelius often presents at conference on aspects of leadership and is particularly interested in the models of ’Authentic Leadership’ and ‘Emotional Intelligence’. As an NLP Master Practitioner he is an excellent communicator and able to coach leaders in using NLP-based communication.
It is true no two coaching relationships are likely to be the same; there are however a number of features common to an effective coaching relationship.
- The coach and coachee are equal partners in the relationship
- The coachee and coach have a rapport between them
- The coach provides the support without removing responsibility for action from the coachee
- The relationship is held in a bond of mutual respect, trust, and integrity
- The coachee’s agenda is the one that matters

There is no charge for the diagnostic and contracting session (assumes this being carried out by telephone. If a face to face contracting meeting is requested, travel expenses will be charged).
Because of the nature of a senior executive’s role, ‘bite-size’ coaching sessions of 20 minutes or so can be arranged; the benefits to the coachee are that coaching can fit around other activities rather than being squeezed out by “important things”.
